What is Honey Badger? One of the biggest myths in fitness is that you need to spend an hour in the gym to get results. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Honey Badger is a very tough and intense animal, that is what this workout is. We put 20 minutes on the clock and we do a series of non stop exercises for that 20 minutes.
