If you don’t feel comfortable jumping right into the group workouts starting with a personal trainer may be right for you. This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
- Weight loss and improved body composition
- Extra accountability
- You have generally been sedentary
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or progress into our group classes.*

- Personal Training: Starting at $50 per appointment.
- Personal 1-on-2 Training: Starting at $40 per appointment. Train with your spouse, friend or coworker! 1-on-2 appointments are fun and effective. Pricing is per client.
- Personal 1-on-3 Training: Starting at $30 per appointment. Train with 2 partners! Pricing is per client.
- Personal 1-on-4 Training: Starting at $25 per appointment. Pricing is per client.
- Nutritional Consult: There is really nothing more important to health and weight-loss than diet. We will sit down with you and teach the absolute healthiest way to eat. $75 per appointment.
