SUCCESS STORIES

Eupraxia is totally different than the traditional health club, gym or fitness center. Every workout is an instructor led, group fitness experience. Your trainer is always right there to help you learn the exercises, keep you motivated and to push you to reach your goals. The other members help create an encouraging atmosphere and are always great at helping keep you motivated. This is one of the best parts because we all have something in common: EVERYONE here knows what it is like to first start!

Karen's Story

KAREN LOST 65 POUNDS, LEARN HOW!

Another thing that makes Eupraxia stand out is that each membership not only comes with unlimited classes, but our nutrition information as well. When you are a member you will be able to attend any nutrition classes we have during the course of your membership, any one-on-one counseling you want or need, access to recipe eBooks, smoothie recipes, sample shopping lists, food logs and more! We want to help you become the healthiest version of you possible! This nutrition component is hands-down what makes us stand out and gets the best results. You can check out some amazing member testimonials here.

Each day will consist of one of many different workouts to address every aspect of fitness. The basic structure of a workout week is a couple of full-body circuits, upper or lower body strength training, kickboxing and high intensity interval training; which is where we work in our custom Honey Badger workouts. Things are always evolving and changing to keep it fun and exciting.

If you are feeling like you are not ready for group training, we can start you off with personal training and/or one-on-one nutrition consultation as well. If some of your needs or goals are among the following, then maybe personal training is right for you:

  • Weight loss and improved body composition
  • Extra accountability
  • You have generally been sedentary
  • You are new to exercise
  • You are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
  • You have specific performance oriented goals
  • You have significant health or orthopedic issues
