Why the name Eupraxia?

Eupraxia actually has two meanings which are very fitting for what we do. In Greek mythology, Eupraxia was the personification of well-being. In a medical dictionary it means the ability to perform coordinated movements.

Will I be able to get a refund if I can’t finish the program?

There will be no refunds! There is a difference between interested and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, there are no excuses and you will do it no matter what. So, here’s the tough question: Are you interested in a Healthier Life? Or are you COMMITTED to having a Healthier Life? If you do have an extended illness or injury we will let you do the program at a later date.

Do I have to come every single day?

No. Obviously the more workouts you can make the better results you will see. However, life does happen and if you miss a few days it is not the end of the world. Three days a week is better than no days a week.

Do I have to come to the same workout time every day?

No. Ideally it's helpful to you to get on a routine and come at the same time every day, but if you need to come at a different time on occasion that is just fine.

What if I cannot make the initial assessment?

There will be opportunities to do assessments within the first two weeks of your membership. About every 6-8 weeks there will be a nutrition seminar. This is where we teach you how to eat for life. It is the most important day of the program. If you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We try to offer opportunities to learn about nutrition every month or two, so make it a priority!
